Message Guidelines
What you need to know about our message review process
Review Process
All messages undergo manual review before being sent. Here's how it works:
- After you're confirmed to have passed, our administrators come together to decrypt your messages using our secure multi-party decryption system
- Your decrypted messages are manually reviewed by our team to ensure they comply with these guidelines
- Compliant messages are sent to your designated recipients as scheduled
- Non-compliant messages are rejected and not sent

The following types of messages are not allowed:
- Suicide notes - Messages indicating intent to end one's life or expressing suicidal ideation
- Threats or violence - Content threatening harm to individuals, groups, or property
